5 Pronounceable Ingredients Peanut Butter Cups

Do you love chocolate and peanut butter? Do you also love being able to pronounce the ingredients on your food products? I'm all about improving my vocabulary but I don't feel like I should need a biochemistry degree to figure out what my food is made of.

If you’re a fan of peanut butter cups, but want to cut down on preservatives and added sugars that conventional candy uses, try this recipe! So quick to make and uses minimal ingredients. Personal trainer (strong bias here), husband, and dog approved.

Prep time: 25 minutes

Servings: 10 (unless its just you, your husband, and your dog,,,then 2.5)

  • 3 tbsps coconut oil

  • .5 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 ripe banana sliced

  • unsweetened coconut flakes or chopped nuts for topping (optional)
